Craving Chinese in eastern Montana

I found this recipe on Made It, Ate It, Love It.  And I loved it.  More importantly, Mark loved it.  He works so hard, he deserves a tasty dinner when he gets home.  Served with brown rice and fresh green beans.  The only thing I changed was that I used apple cider vinegar instead of white. 🙂
